The University of Scouting, presented by the Indian Waters Council, is more than just another training course. It is a Scout leader’s “learning extravaganza!” It is a training event where Scout leaders can increase their knowledge, improve their skills, and gain enthusiastic attitudes about Scouting. The University of Scouting is fun, informative, and imaginative. It provides an opportunity for experienced, new, and prospective leaders to gather together to share the fun, ideas, and excitement that will lead to a better program f or our youth. Classes are open to all leaders; no matter your program area. These classes are designed to be “enhanced training beyond Basic Leader Training.” The University of Scouting is the best supplemental training opportunity of the year for ALL of Scouting’s leaders.
